Lagos: November 11, 2010: In identifying with the welfare of its customers, Mouka Limited, one of Nigeria’s biggest manufacturers of polyurethane mattresses has introduced a unique platform to interact and share live experiences with customers called Mouka Comfort Zone (MCZ).
According to Mrs. Peju Adebajo, Managing Director, Mouka Limited, The Mouka Comfort Zone radio programme was borne out of the need to appreciate customers and identify with their immediate life experiences and share insightful wellness information with listeners.
Adebajo said, “Mouka Comfort Zone offers listeners the rare opportunity of sharing experience that had brought joy and comfort to them”.
Speaking further on MCZ, Mr. Jude Abonu, Head of Commercial, Mouka Limited, said the fifteen minute interactive programme runs on different radio stations across the country and in four major languages, English, Yoruba, Pidgin and Hausa.
Abonu further buttressed the relevance of the sharing of experiences by listeners as he said that the programme serves as a platform where listeners can think through their busy lives to those moments when the feeling of comfort was imbedded in their lives.
He explained the mechanics of the programme that listeners send in text messages to a dedicated short code (32355) and email to email@example.com. These messages are then read out by the presenter on the show.
MCZ will at the end of each month reward faithful listeners with various free gifts.
The Mouka Comfort Zone interactive radio show is expected to run for three months in each season, and will offer its teeming clientele a unique platform to share their experiences and give valuable feedback on product features, usage, trends and wellness.
